Ken Speichts aka “the Road Warrior” succeeds with a get it done attitude. Founder and president of GroundMAX, Ken draws on his mechanical background and over 20 years of learning in the Tire,Undercarriage and Wear Parts industry.

Ken understands the problems companies and purchasers’ face – and his primary goal is to make their life easier. In part, he accomplishes this by reducing the time customers normally spend dealing with multiple companies and salespeople – but more important is his tenacity for finding solutions and the fact that his clients are like family.

While the focus is to keep equipment working, Ken’s goal for creating GroundMAX is to enable people – by allowing them to maximize their time on the job site.

As an essential part of the GroundMAX team, Ken works closely with his wife Julie, as a partner in the strategic development and day-to-day operation of the company.
